Run, girl, run...  
Just spend seven minutes running up and down our 8-steps-stairs.

Yesterday it were five minutes, tomorrow I'll go for ten minutes.

I don't have time to go actually running, so it's home-made-workout DIY-style. Stairway to heaven and all that... ♥

Darn, it feels good to get back on track. :D

That's actually a great idea - going up and down stairs like that is meant to be really good for you. I should probably give it a try given that I'm cycling less in the colder weather.

I run in place and have been able to run almost 4 miles(a little over 3k) outside at a 5.2 mph(11 min miles) so I know its working. have you tried running jogging in place I know the stairs are good for you but this is another suggestion :)
