Again in the post is a line that starts with And this are the images I used..., directly under the icons. Upload both images to photobucket and change again the urls ;)

You can make either a post with the 'friends only' banner (set the date then to something like 2010 to make this post stay at the top of you journal) or just put it in your user info.
